• Each project group gave its weekly update this morning. Ours is here: File:Cyan week3.ppt.
  • George Church suggested inserting cyanobacteria sigma factors in E. coli, but I'm concerned that this would be difficult and hard to debug
  • The big outstanding question is how we will split our emphasis between cyanobacteria and E. coli
