We will take a Doodle poll to set regular office hours for each section. We also offer supplemental office hours before big assignments are due.

What times on Sundays (all), Mondays (T/R section), and Tuesdays (W/F section) are you available for office hours? We have held office hours in the evening in the past, but day time slots are best.
Sunday all day, Limited availability during the day on Tuesday. I have class until 4:30 so anytime after that would work.

===Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience===
Worked/working in the Griffith lab with the biomaterials group. My current project involved making PEG hydrogels with RGD and fluorescein RGD that is variably clustered on 8 arm maleimides. MSCs are then seeded, fixed, stained, and imaged. As far as lab procedures, I have done Ellman's free thiol assays, fluorescein assays, gel-making, cell splitting, feeding, seeding, staining with DAPI and pholoidin, and imaging.

===Anything else you would like us to know related to 20.109?===

For example, please let us know if you have any special glove requests, namely XS or XL size, or nitrile material -- we carry latex S/M/L by default.
Nope!

===What music do you...===

Like?
Along the lines of Mumford and Sons, the Lumineers, Dave Matthews Band, etc. (I guess if I had to classify it, it would be alternative/indie pop and rock?) Also some electronic/dance-type music is good.

Tolerate?
Pop/Top 40 is tolerable if necessary.

Despise?
Almost all country music. Sorry!

Would you want to hear music in lab sometimes, or do you prefer to work without it?
Absolutely!
