  • Validated miRNA expression in smoker and healthy peripheral blood mononuclear cells using qRT-PCR

January - May 2007

  • Whitehead Institute for Biological Research, Reddien Lab - Undergraduate Researcher
  • Implemented a microarray technique to isolate antibodies that can be used for staining planarians and worked to develop a technique for successful cell transplant between planarians.
