ObjectiveTo create a [Ru(bpy)2(phen-NH2)](PF6)2 and carbonyldiimidazole solution. This entry is a continuation from Dhea's notebook.Dhea's Notebook Data.4 g carbonyldimmidazole (CDI) was massed. 0.3 g [Ru(bpy)2 (phen-NH2)](PF6)2 was added to the CDI, and a vaccuum was applied, as well as nitrogen gas. Using a cannula and pressure from the nitrogen, the liquid [nBu4N]2 ATP taken from the procedure described here and ATP mixture was transferred to the CDI and [Ru(bpy)2(phen-NH2)](PF6)2 mixture. Nitrogen gas was applied, and the mixture was left to bubble overnight, as described in Lee, et al's "Synthesis amd reactivity of novel λ-phosphate modified ATP Analogs" 2009. NotesThis area is for any observations or conclusions that you would like to note.
