I checked the PCR using a gel, but it came out negative in both samples of the PCR and negative control, being positive only in the positive control.


First and last lines are the molecular weight ladder.
2º => positive control
3º and 4º => PCR samples
4º => negative control
next two => Augusto’s
next four => Mariana’s 17D, 18D, 30D, 18D respectively.

As Paz PCR’s didn’t come out well too, we hypothesize that the problem is the DNA amount, so I’ll transform cells next Monday and Mariana will try the PCR again.
