I checked again the transformation-ligations and the number 1, meaning the cI inverter plasmid + GFP with a ratio of 3:1 GFP to cI, was the only one (besides the abundant positive control) with visible colonies. | |||
So I re-plated 16 of them in a new petri box divided. | |||

Monday 21st June 2010I checked again the transformation-ligations and the number 1, meaning the cI inverter plasmid + GFP with a ratio of 3:1 GFP to cI, was the only one (besides the abundant positive control) with visible colonies. So I re-plated 16 of them in a new petri box divided.
