October 1st, 2010

1. Resuspend in LB medium strains with:

  • GFP ribosomal promoter (without Km antibiotic, with Km and with half concentration of Km)
  • pSB3K3 + J23101 (10 strains)
  • pSB4A5 + MinBP (8 strains)
  • The later two strains will be used to make colony PCR, the former one is only to re-grow the strain.


2. Replate in solid LB medium with Km BBa_I20260.
