WetLab

  • Plasmid extraction again! of DH5α, this time trying to get better concentration.
    • Roche´s kit. Elution buffer: just 40μL.
  • Electrophoresis gel of:
    • PCR product with 80V, 90min, 2%.
    • Today's plasmid extraction. 80V, 90 min, 1%.
