Objectives

  • Check cultures made yesterday.
  • Begin grow in liquid medium good ones

Results

  • All transformations grew except for the one with Kamamycin resistance. I'll maintain it's conditions to see if it grows.
  • Began growing good transformations in LB-liquid medium over night to extract plasmid with Miguel´s Lab miniprep.
