Goal

  • PCR for trouble shooting about PCRs for isothermal assembly.

Troubleshooting

  • PCR with Taq Platinum invitrogen and 57°C for annealing.

The objectives of those changes are:

  • Change times for elongation.
  • Change Temperature for anneling.
  • Excellent yield by PCR.
