Character
I am attempting to coalesce entrepreneurial spirit, SynBio, biotech and social betterment. I have a strong biological background and a desire to boot up new biological hardware/software for the development of anything from small chemicals to biosensing devices. In the short term, I aim to establish the world's first Aboriginal Biotech company as a means to bring sustainable knowledge-based economies to Aboriginal reservations.
Two years of participation in the International Genetically Engineered Machines (iGEM) competition has conveyed to me the accelerative power of synthetic biology. This platform has expedited my PhD and it seems as though I am ahead of schedule... [you question] is he crazy? [I answer] No.
