  • Normalized chips and exported model-based expression values
  • Began running MAPPFinder on human prostate cancer data
  • He'll be back on Friday to finish MAPPFinder and turn in draft of thesis

Kristen/Bianca

  • wrote out protocol for total RNA isolation
  • They'll be back Thursday PM to perform isolation
