Notes
- The pipettes that provided the best fluorescence results for each sample were both the straight plastic pipette and 90° angle bent pipette.
- All samples run maintained a composition incorporating Rhodamine 6G dye
- All samples on 2/27/13 were tested using the bent pipette containing the 90° angle. (See figure listed below)
