  • Grow liquid cultures for CMV/V0120


Liquid cultures

  • CMV, in V0120 vector (BBa_J176027) -- not 176017!
    • Transformation was done on 9/04/13
    • Result for Plate 1: well-defined colonies and some micro-colonies, probably overgrowth, but still usable
    • Result for Plate 2 (negative control): no growth at all, so overall, transformation worked as expected

  1. Culture 1 = Colony 1 from plate 1, CMV, ampicillin
  2. Culture 2 = Colony 2 from plate 1, same
