Assemblies

  1. MV9-CMV: CMV/(X/S)/700 + MV9/(X dp)/4500


  • Digests (Fermentas FD)
    • MV9 - use 10 μL plasmid DNA, digest with 2.0 μL XbaI
    • CMV - use 15 μL plasmid DNA, digest with XbaI/SpeI (1.0 μL each)
