* Pellet cells at r.t./ 3 min./ 2000 rpm
* Discard supernatant
* Resuspend pellet in 500 μL TriZOL
* Store at -80°C for next steps (Carly)

  1. "K562 1": 1:2 dilution cells, +DNA
  2. "K562 1": 1:2 dilution cells, no DNA
  3. "K562 1": 1:4 dilution cells, +DNA
  4. "K562 1": 1:4 dilution cells, no DNA
  5. "K562 1": 1:8 dilution cells, +DNA
  6. "K562 1": 1:8 dilution cells, no DNA
