SK-N-SH TRIzol prep

  1. SK-N-SH, 1, +DNA
  2. SK-N-SH, 2, (-)
  • Discarded growth medium
  • Added 500 μL TRIzol directly to wells
  • incubated at r.t. for ~5 min.
  • Collected lysed cells from wells with gentle scraping (using 1000 μL pipette)
  • Transferred to 2.0 mL tubes. Stored at -80°C
