  • Cell culture: thaw KAH126 and KAH154


Thaw KAH126 and KAH154

  • Pellet 1mL thawed cells in 5 mL FBS
  • Discard supernatant, leave 100 uL, disrupt the pellet
  • Resuspend in 4 mL 20% FBS/ 1% P/S
  • Grow in T-25 flasks
