  • ✓ Polycomb-ATF for RT-PCR: plate all lines (plus U2OS Flp-in T-REx neg ctrl.) in 6-well plates, ~2.5 x 105/ well, 2 wells per line; add dox to 1μg/mL final to one of the wells (others are dox- controls)
  • ✓ Plate Pc-ATF lines for Western blot: same as above, except plate 1 well per line; add dox to 1μg/mL final
