Do you have any experience culturing cells (mammalian, yeast or microbial)? Yes, murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells
Do you have any experience in molecular biology (electrophoresis, PCR, etc)? NO
Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience
I spent this summer in Amigorena's laboratory U653 "Proteases and cancer" at Institute Curie in Paris, France working on a project concerning the effect of TLR-ligands on antigen processing. I was working on antigen presentation in murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells focusing on the ability of DCs to present antigens and activate T cells. I've performed in vitro experiments involving FACS, ELISA, and Western Blot techniques.
