Hi! Welcome to my personal page, woohoo!  I am a junior in biological engineering at MIT, and am taking the most important class I will ever take at MIT (aka 20.109). I've worked in the Belcher lab for a year and a half, working on genetically engineering the coat protein of the bacteriophage M13, to allow the conjugation of porphyrin and catalyst (Titanium oxide) onto the surface in order to mimic photosynthetic systems using virus scaffolds (ultimately splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen using light). Phew!  Otherwise, I am a musician (I've played the violin since I was 6), I am very involved in my church, and I
