Objective

Isolate BSA clone DNA

Bench work

  1. (cont.) Colonies grew on plate.
    • → 4°C
  2. Miniprep
    1. 10 mL LB + 10 μL 100 mg/mL Amp
      • inoculate with single colony from plate in step 1
      • → 37°C O/N
