  • The bacteria are BRIGHT green!!!
  • I put the colonies on pGreen in my refrigerator. Tomorrow I will seed more Halobacterium
  • I found out what the crystals were. Clusters of salt. I don't think pure salt would help in the experiment. So, I think I will take the bacteria at the first sign of pink for my transformation
  • Not to fret, I still have pink in the salty dishes
