*Today I made a TON of agar plates. Well, I kind of rushed and my 2 batches of Cam LB plates didn't work. But I got ampicillin so I'm happy. Just gotta make more later

  • Today I made a TON of agar plates. Well, I kind of rushed and my 2 batches of Cam LB plates didn't work. But I got ampicillin so I'm happy. Just gotta make more later
  • Todo- Get a pH meter
  • Today I also spread plates for ampcillin, Cam, and normal for the Halobacterium to test resistance. I put a WHOLE lot more then needed of course. Perhaps 500 ug of Cm per ml?
