Purpose

  • Prepare films for cell growth study on Sunday.
  • Prepare starter culture.

Procedure

  • AgLMT/polymer and LMT/polymer films were dried over night.
  • From the dried films, four pieces of 0.5g films in circular shapes were cut out from each film.
  • Films were placed in small plastic bag for storage.
  • Cells were harvested from shaker. The cells were placed in centrifuge to spin at 4°C, 4700rpm, for 30 minutes.
  • Supernatents were discarded for each falcon tube.
  • Pellets were placed in -80°C freezer until use.
