Stock Solution Preparation

1. Prepare 50 mL 2.5 mM HAuCl4

  • 2.5 mM HAuCl4 * 14307 g HAuCl4 / mol * 50 mL = 0.0425 g Lysozyme
    • Add 0.0425 g HAuCl4 to a volumetric flask and dilute to 50 mL with deionized H2O

2. Prepare 50 mL 20 μM Lysozyme

  • 20 μM Lys * 340 g Lys /mol * 50 mL = 0.014 g Lysozyme
    • Add 0.014 g Lys to a volumetric flask and dilute to 50 mL with deionized H2O
