When Solution 1 test tube began to turn purple, it was removed from the oven and 100 uL of 5.02 mM tris (pH 10.1) was added to 1 mL of the solution. The solution then underwent UV VIS analysis. 100 uL of 5.02 mM tris was added two more times, and after both times UV VIS was also used to analysis the solution.

Objective

The purpose of this experiment was to repeat the previous day's experiments and to determine the nature of both the AuNP solution and the AuNP fibers.

Procedure

Two solutions of AuNP were created.
