Description

  • Prepared solutions to be loaded in wells (BSA stock with Glycine-HCl buffer, tryptophan stock solution, AuNP with BSA, and AuNP with tryptophan, polylysine)
  • 10 ul of all listen solutions were added to 10 ul of SDS buffer
  • samples were heated at 95C for 5 minutes and then 20ul of each were added to wells of electrophoresis gel
  • Electrophoresis cell was prepared by filling chamber with buffer
  • Electrophoresis was run for 30 mins at 200V
