Objective

Observe and measure ADA turnover kinetics with an inhibitor, EHNA, present.

Description

  • Adenosine solution: made with 3uL 40uM Adenosine, 1uL EHNA, 2996uL phosphate buffer
  • 30uL ADA added after 5 sets of data collected with Ocean Optics instrument
