Objectives

  • If Ag:BSA nanofiber formation occured:
    • Prepare scaffolds
    • Replicate procedure with different ratios
  • If Ag:BSA nanofiber formation did not occur:
    • Modify/search for new procedure

Ag:BSA Nanofibers: Results

  • Set 1 (All ratios, room temperature)
  • Set 2 (All ratios, heated to 80C)
  • Set 3 (All ratios plus 1uL Au, heated to 80C)
