  • Absorbance and fluorescence measurements taken. Inconclusive results; new samples to be made and run again.

Procedure Prep: MHA

  • Calculations from 06/10/13
    • 0.0144g MHA in 5mL PBS to make 10mM MHA
    • Add 5mL 9.4nM, 10nm AuNPs (diluted in PBS)
    • Stir overnight

Calculations: RCF to RPM Conversion

RCF=0.00001118rN2
7700g=0.00001118(8.35cm)N2
N=9081.99 RPM
