P14 Cytotoxicity assay after PDL1 ligation

  • Purify P14 CD8 T cells, culture overnight in anti-cd3 (2 ug/ml) + 2h11 or ratIgG2b (40 ug/mL), replicating experiment from 11/08.

1. coat 96 well flat with 2 ug/mL 2C11 (5.53 g/L stock) plus either 2h11 (1.26 g/L stock) or ratIgG2b (from alison 10+ mg/mL stock) at 40 ug/mL
