I work in the [[Your Lab]] at XYZ University.  I learned about [[OpenWetWare]] from i accidentally came across somebody's lab website who had it here at oww, and I've joined because i am setting up a website for my lab and like the oww philosophy a lot, plus it seems a great way to keep everyone in the lab updated and involved in managing the whole group.

my lab at the leibniz institute of plant biochemistry in halle, germany, studies hormone responses in the model plant arabidopsis thaliana and related brassicaceae. in addition, we have recently started to use transcriptomics as a tool for evolutionary studies in plant development.
