  • Today, I ran a gel to check if my PCR product was there.



  • The lanes are as follows:


1. Positive control gel (luciferase and double terminator ligation restricted with ECO RI and PST I)
2. Ladder
3. Luciferase and double terminator ligation amplification from plasmid by PCR (1)
4. Luciferase and double terminator ligation amplification from plasmid by PCR (2)
5. Luciferase and double terminator ligation amplification from plasmid by PCR (3)
6. Luciferase and double terminator ligation amplification from plasmid by PCR (4)
7. Negative control PCR
8. Positive control PCR


  • I also purified the PCR product 1 and 2 with the High Pure PCR Product Purification of Roche and labeled it as: Producto PCR purif luc + TT c/rbs +1 15/06/10 Mar (1-J).
