Nobody knows it... really O_o


  • I did a restriction for a total of 20μL as follows to check if the luciferase was ligated in the pBSIIK(+/-):


-H2O -------> 10μl

-Buffer 4 --> 2μl

-BSA -------> 1μl

-DNA ------> 5μl

-ECOR1 -----> 1μl

-PST1 ------> 1μl


  • Restrictions were incubated at 37°C ON(overnight) and labeled as LRE No. R-> ECO y PST Mar.


  • Tomorrow, we will repeat the luciferase assay.
