Completion of Centrifuge of the Exchanged Clay

  • Two remaining sets of wash for the exchange clay was performed. Each set consists of washing with water and ethanol.
  • After the washes were completed, the clay were spread out on watch glasses. These were left to dry at Dr. Hartings' lab.
