Objective

Prep AuNP samples for AA analysis tomorrow.

Description

I made two stock solutions

Au: 20.3mg of HAuCl4·H2O in 24mL of water (2.36mM) and

BSA: 47.2mg of BSA in 45mL of water (15.7uM).

Samples were made in the following manner using similar ratios to the experiments I ran on May 23rd

I made 2 solutions (11.8 mg of HAuCl4 in 14 mL of water and 23.2 mg of Bovine Serum Albumin in 22 mL of water) and used these solutions to make samples for preparing AuNPs.
