Hb AuNP UV Vis and fluorescence

I'm running UV Vis to analyze the nanoparticles formed from two days ago User:Matt Hartings/Notebook/AU Biomaterials Design Lab/2013/03/05

  1. Centrifuge in falcon tubes at 4500rpm for 30min at 4C
  2. Take UV Vis (200nm to 800nm)
  3. Take fluorescence (excitation at 290nm emission from 310nm to 500nm)
