Hb AuNP UV Vis and fluorescence

I'm running UV Vis to analyze the nanoparticles formed from two days ago User:Matt Hartings/Notebook/AU Biomaterials Design Lab/2013/03/05

  1. Centrifuge in falcon tubes at 4500rpm for 30min at 4C
  2. Take UV Vis (200nm to 800nm)
  3. Take fluorescence (excitation at 290nm emission from 310nm to 500nm, 10nm slits, 200nm/min)
