Objective

Making new catalase and Hb AuNP samples, as described here for AA and UVVis analysis.

Description

I made the following solutions:

  1. HAuCl4
    1. 24.6mg
    2. 25.0 mL water
  2. Hemoglobin
    1. 15.2mg
    2. 10.0 mL water
  3. Catalase
    1. 40.8mg
    2. 10.0 mL water

I made ProteinAuNP samples according to this procedure

I also took UVVis of the gold, Hb, and catalase stock solutions.

For each, I measured the spectrum for a 10X dilution of each stock solution.
