ObjectivePerform new reactions with N-protected amino acids and AuCl3. As opposed to the 5th, during my procedure, I added the amino acid solutions last. On the 5th I had added the water last. I used the amino acid solutions previously made. I made a new AuCl3 solution today. Description
DataSolution conditions for reactions where AA concentrations are 25 uM, 50 uM, 150 uM, and 200 uM. AuCl3 concentration is 250 uM. The solutions contained the appropriate amount of amino acid, AuCl3 solution, 1 mM HCl (to reduce the pH to 4), and water.
