Description

Because the results from the 27th showed a difference in reference melting point versus actual melting point, I'm running a standard sample of Indium using in the DSC using the same procedure that I used for the wax samples.

Samples

The following include sample names, pan masses, sample masses, and DSC sample numbers. Aluminum Tzero pans from TA instruments were used. No caps or seals were used. The standard comes with its own reference pan as well (mass = 48.746 mg)

Sample Name Pan Mass (mg) Sample Mass (mg) DSC Sample #
Indium 48.780 5.045 38
