Procedure

Elaine, Nyousha, and Maddie expressed WT Asc Mn-Hb previously. I extracted it, centrifuged the samples, and, today, I am filtering the samples. I performed a vacuum filtration using .45um pore filters. It took 3 filters to completely filter the ~80mL of protein.
