Objective

To create more AUNP with lysozyme fibers as most of those from 9/15/15 failed to make fibers. Only one 5mL and four 1mL samples generated fibers. The other goal was to make 500 mL of 10 mM Tris buffer, pH 9 and 500 mL of 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.

Description

The instructions for the day can be found here.

  1. Making the AUNP with lysozyme fibers
    1. We followed the same guidelines as we used for 9/15
    2. There were only enough reagents to make 4 1mL samples
  1. Making the buffer
    1. Tris buffer: 500 mL, pH 9, 10 mM
