To go over the data collected so far and look for inconsistencies. For the 1 μM fluorescence sample the 30 minute and 120 minute samples both had very high values for their blanks, which could explain why those values went negative. Also, 60 minutes was off as it was much lower than expected. For 100 nM it doesn't look like any samples would need to be rerun as the samples make a rough linear trend.  It would be advised to extend out the time beyond 2 hours.  For 10 nM 135 minutes would need to be rerun as it is much higher than expected.  For 1 nM all the samples should be rerun as most of points are negative.

Objective

To go over the data collected so far and look for inconsistencies. For the 1 μM fluorescence sample the 30 minute and 120 minute samples both had very high values for their blanks, which could explain why those values went negative. Also, 60 minutes was off as it was much lower than expected. For 100 nM it doesn't look like any samples would need to be rerun as the samples make a rough linear trend. It would be advised to extend out the time beyond 2 hours. For 10 nM 135 minutes would need to be rerun as it is much higher than expected. For 1 nM all the samples should be rerun as most of points are negative.
