Colombian scientist with academic training and research experience in biochemistry, mathematical modeling, bioinformatics, genetics, molecular biology and microbiology. Experience in biotechnological research and management in Latin America, Europe and the United States of America. Increasing involvement and interest in public service and administration with emphasis in public policy for developing countries.
