AuNp Citrate

  • Protocol taken from Dr. Hartings
  • Doubled the initial volume to 100 mL
  • .011g in 25mL than placed 22.31 mL of this into a 100 mL volumetric flask and diluted
  • let it boil than added 3 mL of sodium citrate and continue to boil for 40 mins
    • citrate= 0.1010 g in 10 mL

Note

Did not get that many mL's so I will redo it on the February 28. I had it in the hood, and instead it should have been on the bench with a watch glass over it.
