Entry title

  • Make new AuNp citrate using the same procedure as before
  • Pouring off the liquid on Saturday, messed up the pellet so a new way will be done
  • This time the AuNP citrate will be put in a vacuum to remove the liquid for a day and a half
  • Protocol taken from Dr. Hartings
  • Doubled the initial volume to 100 mL
  • let it boil than added 3 mL of sodium citrate and continue to boil for 40 mins
    • citrate= 0.1010 g in 10 mL
