Are nanoparticles finally didn't crash out in the basic solutions! These 3 nanoparticles solutions were diluted to 25%. Two 20mL samples of each diluted functionalized nanoparticles were set up for absorption, one of each with a plant, the other of each with the films. The solutions were periodically tested over time to measure absorption over time.

Objective

  1. Set up java fern plants with 25% solutions of the FINALLY functionalized AuNPs
  2. Make more films

Protocol

Are nanoparticles finally didn't crash out in the basic solutions! These 3 nanoparticles solutions were diluted to 25%. Two 20mL samples of each diluted functionalized nanoparticles were set up for absorption, one of each with a plant, the other of each with the films. The solutions were periodically tested over time to measure absorption over time.
Melvin set up film synthesis using the procedure for making the films from last Wednesday. However, we all forgot they were in the oven and we burned the films.
