First 6 are cco, next 5 are cbb

  • PCR seems to have failed even more than usual
    • cco colonies 1 and 5 are definitely WT (either revertants or previous PCR just didn't amplify the band properly)
  • new PCRs set up with colonies that are sucroseR but not GmR
    • 20ul reaction, revert back to 12-8 in case longer extension time is doing bad things...
